This project represents the ingenuity and flexibility of Concept Developments. This is a large, 135 unit addition to an existing apartment complex, requiring creative zoning and site plan considerations.
93 GRAND AVE Cambridge, Ontario
A unique project involving the re-imagining of a decrepit building into a new landmark along the Grand River.
This development consists of two commercial floors, perfect for as a modern office space. The top floor is a residential unit with views, including a rooftop patio, overlooking the Grand River.
Linden Crossing, Cambridge
The Linden Crossing development was situated on a steep lot with the building partially nestled into the hillside, which served to reduce the impact of an apartment tower on the existing neighborhood. The development has its main level on the upper William Street portion of the property, while providing walkout apartment units on the Eagle Street side.
In total, 66 rental units were developed, comprising both one and two bedroom options. the development also featured associated amenity spaces including:
Weekend Rental Suites
The development used insulated concrete forms for better insulation and sound attenuation levels. During construction, precast concrete bearing walls were included for a quick and easy construction process.
This fast tracked project included complete perimeter shoring with 1 level of underground parking. With 205 beds, build to suit the increased demand of student housing in Waterloo. This project was completed in 11 months to accommodate the upcoming school year and the original budget was maintained.
JOHN BRICKER ROAD
This custom build residence was constructed out of ICF and Precast Hollow Core Floors. It has a total of 8200 sq ft of finished living space, include separate living quarters above the garage.
A 3200 sq ft custom bungalow built on 1.5 acre lot across from a local golf course. 3 bedrooms and a fully finished basement with exercise facilities complete with 20x40 inground pool.
